Toning Sneakers – Why They Are Not the Only Answer You Need

Too many people are looking for the easy fix when it comes to their health and fitness. If that were not true, would there be so many infomercials for products you would never have dreamed about in a million years? Toning sneakers are one of those very products: billed as a great way to kick-start a toning and fitness routine, they are just that, the start, not the whole deal. You can’t just change the kind of shoes that you are wearing and expect big changes. those toning sneakers are great, but they are not magic.

Toning Sneakers to Kick-Start Your Fitness Routine

Think about your fitness routine as it is right now: the alarm goes off at six am, you hit the snooze button five or six times and finally roll out of bed about twenty minutes before it’s time to roll out of bed and shuffle off to work. All efforts to work out for that day are now shot completely. Maybe you will be able to work out after work, right? You make it home, kick off your shoes and grab the remote. A while later you roll your bloated form off the couch and into the kitchen where you grab whatever food you find without considering what it is and how much of it you are eating. The evening workout is not going to get done either.

You buy some toning retro sneakers and are a little uncomfortable with the price. It is a little harder to ignore those shoes considering how much you paid for them. You actually get up after hitting the snooze button once and put them on. You move around a little bit around the house, grab a jacket and take a brisk stroll around the neighborhood. You get home, grab a little bit of cereal and a piece of fruit and go for some green tea instead of coffee and off you go. You aren’t dragging at work and you feel somehow better.

You come home from work, kick off your shoes, and before you hit the couch, spot the toning sneakers in the corner. You put a chicken breast in the oven with a little olive oil, set the timer and take another stroll. You come back and drink several glasses of water. That night, you sit down to a salad, your chicken breast and some veggies. You eat well, but not all of what you have on your plate, stopping before you are stuffed.
